Dr. Rahul Bathija

Rahul earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY. He specializes in sports medicine, orthopedics, neurological rehabilitation, as well as post-operative care. His passion for excellent patient care stems from being a former patient and athlete dealing with injuries.

Rahul is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and ACSM Exercise Physiologist. Prior to receiving his DPT degree and Balance Physical Therapy, Rahul received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology at SUNY Brockport. At Brockport, he was the Co-Founder and President of the Brockport Barbell Club, a weightlifting club on campus. Rahul has spent the last 4 years working as a strength & conditioning coach developing and implementing training programs for youth, high school, college, pro athletes, and active adults.

Outside of work, you can find Rahul playing pick-up basketball, flag football, tennis, golf, hiking, biking and immersing himself into the Central Coast culture.

His patients enjoy working with him because he gets you laughing and out of pain to return to sport, work or daily life.
