Dr. Sager grew up in Lompoc, California, and lives in Monterey. Rylee played five different sports during her high school career; including basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer and softball. She led her high school softball team to a CIF Championship before leaving for college in 2016. She graduated from California State University Sacramento (CSUS) in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology (Exercise Science). During this time, she was also on the CSUS Softball team all four years as a walk-on and earned a scholarship. The CSUS Softball team won the Big Sky Conference in 2019 and she was the Team Captain during her last two years. She then attended South College Knoxville in Tennessee and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023.
Rylee started her career as a Physical Therapist in Prunedale, California. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve the highest possible level of function, using primarily manual therapy techniques and customized exercise programs. She wants to continue her education and specialize in shoulders to provide her patients with the best care.
Rylee has continued being active and enjoys golf, pickleball, running, and weightlifting. She has competed in Spartan races and plans to participate in more races and marathons in the near future.
