Silver, a native of Salinas, enlisted in the United States Air Force after high school. She served for eight years, spending five years as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), and three years as a medic in the USAF Reserves. Her military service sparked a passion for fitness, leading her to discover CrossFit, which would become a central part of her life. Throughout her journey, Silver’s Christian faith has been a cornerstone, providing strength and guiding her decisions both personally and professionally.
Through CrossFit, Silver met her husband, and together they share a strong foundation in faith and fitness. After completing her service, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at San Jose State University, expanding her expertise in human movement and physical performance. She then graduated at the top of her class from an accredited PTA program at the Institute of Technology in Clovis, California.
Today, Silver uses her background in physical therapy, kinesiology, and fitness to inspire others in their wellness journeys. Whether through training or her personal pursuits, she is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their health.
Her hobbies include Brazilian jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, and spending time with her husband and son.
